This was playing in the background of a 24/7 chat I sometimes drop in on. It only just dawned on me that I could find the YouTube video they were playing and post it here:

Adam Savage was asked by "Erik B" about plans for all of his stuff after he dies. That "Erik B" isn't me!

This video appears to be in a Nordic language. It's text only with no speaking. This guy has a Sterling (hot air) engine that he uses for churning butter. In addition to seeing the engine, we also get to see him finish the butter and use a nice old-timey (to Americans, anyway) butter dish. My father went into a new boutique (I think) "dairy shop" that had opened up recently. He described the butter-keeping dishes ha had as a kid, and the dish in this video looks a bit like what I remember him describing. He was bummed when they didn't know what he was talking about. I get the impression they didn't care much, either. Too bad for them, because if they had looked into it they might have discovered another piece of kit that they could sell for a good mark-up.

My guess is the flag wheel is a colorful way to be able to check from a distance whether the engine has stalled or not without putting something ugly up.

Sadly for me, his whole channel seems to be in his language. He looks really focused on Stirling engines, which is a current interest of mine.
